Eye Movement Desensitization and ReprocessingÂ
(EMDR)
Trauma, and other difficult life experiences, can act as an injury
that changes your physical brain, thoughts and beliefs, and emotions, effecting the way we interact with yourself, others, and the world.
EMDR is a unique therapy that targets difficult memories and
changes the way they are held in the body, mind, and emotions so that they no longer act as a barrier to fully engaging in your life and pursuing your goals.

EMDR therapy can be provided in a traditional one hour per week
or one hour every-other-week format. However, many choose to engage in longer appointments or intensive treatment options.
