CANCELLATION POLICY
one hour & ninety minute sessions
When you must cancel, we would appreciate as much advance notice as possible. Please call no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. There will be no charge for appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment you will be billed the full fee for the missed session.
Clients will be allowed one free pass for a late cancellation per calendar year. Also, if the therapist must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a second free pass will be added to the client's account.
intensive sessions
In order to book an intensive session, a 50% deposit must be paid.

If the intensive is cancelled more than one month prior to the scheduled start the full deposit will be returned.

If the intensive is cancelled one month to two weeks prior to the scheduled start, the deposit will be allowed to be applied to another booking or will be forfeited if choosing not to rebook.

If the intensive is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the scheduled start, the deposit is forfeited.
